We talked through strategies to connect with children and teenagers, to support their autonomy and own ability to make sensible decisions for themselves. We all agreed parenting can feel tough and it isn't always easy to connect with children in modern day busy family life. Tina gave some great tips for healthy eating, and Anita gave some great tips on parenting teens.
